"Find a group of people who challenge and inspire you, spend a lot of time with them, and it will change your life forever."

- AMY POEHLER

Why Groups?

Picture
There is something magical about group settings where we create a "sudden village" together.  Sitting in circle, in community with others, can be a powerful experience. Our busy lives and individualist culture often has us feeling isolated and disconnected.

Choosing to be in community with each other, choosing to be vulnerable, and sharing with others who know what it's like to have a human/spiritual/creative experience can be validating, healing, and inspiring. We can discover strengths, gifts, and talents that we didn't realize were there, and we can offer others the gift of deep listening. We cultivate community, hope, and compassion for ourselves and others by simply bearing witness to each other's stories.

When I facilitate groups, my goal is to co-create brave spaces where we can all be
authentically and fully ourselves.

What others have to say about participating in groups with me:

"I love that I can come open and without expectation and I am constantly surprised with what comes to reveal itself."

***

"I think that every group I have participated in has taught me something new about myself."

***

"It's refreshing to have a place that you can count on to show up as your authentic self."
