"The most powerful healing arises from the simple intention to love the life within you, unconditionally, with as much tenderness and presence as possible.”

- TARA BRACH

Group & Event Calendar

Calendar is typically updated, and dates added quarterly.  All times are Pacific Time Zone (PT)
The best way to know when things are added or updated is to be sure you are on my email list - you can add yourself here.
Some events/groups must meet a minimum # of registrations.  Dates that are not linked to a registration page are tentatively scheduled.

Hoping to find something else? Maybe nothing currently meets your needs? Please reach out! I'm happy to discuss how we can collaborate to bring my work to your community or to add something to the calendar.  Use this link to get in touch.

Coming in 2025:

  • Seeds of Connection: Art Greenhouse
  • Art Church will be back!!
  • Pick & Eat a Poem in April for National Poetry month
  • Birth Trauma support series
  • in-person new parents support group, meeting in Snohomish County

Updates to the calendar will be coming soon!

Ode

Here's to everything undone today:
laundry left damp in the machine,
the relatives unrung, the kitchen
drawer not sorted; here's to jeans
unpatched and buttons missing,
the dirty dishes, the novel
not yet started. To Christmas
cards unsent in march, to emails
marked unread. To friends unmet
and deadlines unaddressed;
to every item not crossed off the list;
to everything still left, ignored, put off:
it is enough.
