My email newsletter is called “Making *ISH Up”.  I say frequently when I facilitate and teach that the great secret of life is that every single one of us just gets up every morning and just makes shit up all day long.  The emails I send are fun and interesting and are full of cool *ish that I made up, thought up, read about, or generally wanted to share with YOU.

What are you saying YES to?  The emails I send out contain:

• Random, awesome *ISH that will be encouraging, inspiring, educational, and FUN!
• Lists of what I’m reading and who I’m following to learn (and unlearn) so that you can dive into some of these topics too.
• Poetry and creative prompts because more ART and beauty is good for us all.
• Occasional card pulls from my vast library of tarot and oracle decks, some deck reviews too.
• Invitations to all the shenanigans!  I'll share the dates of upcoming things like Art Church, Seeds of Connection, How to Pick & Eat a Poem, and other groups and events on the calendar.
  
• Digital downloads from time-to-time.  I'm slowly working on sharing my collection of vintage photos and ephemera in the form of digital downloads that can be printed and used for art journaling, collage, and other artful projects.
  
  

There's no real schedule, the newsletter will come randomly.  I’m not the once-a-week type (thanks, ADHD brain!), so I won’t make any promises.  But when I do send them, they are packed full of good shit.  Even when it’s just a quick one telling you about an upcoming group, it’s almost certainly going to have a poem attached.  And of course, I'll also sometimes email you with ideas of how we might work together in new ways - like Hakomi Listening Sessions, Birth Trauma Support, or NEW groups that launch.
